You can allow an unlimited number of participants to store content on your SPACE area (general contract), or you can provide a SPACE area on exclusive terms (exclusive contract). Contracts are paid daily in the form of SPH credits, which are stored on the platform and can be transferred to a crypto wallet.
Based on the general contract:
- the XR Post is published automatically, without mandatory pre-moderation
- whoever publishes an XR entry can withdraw the publication at any time
- the owner of the space can cancel the display of the XR Post in his SPACE at any time
- an unlimited number of XR entries can be stored in the same space.
- the owner of the Tér can change the price of the XR Post publication in the SPACE area at any time
This type of contract is the fastest and most convenient for both the creator of XRPost and the owner of SPACE.
Based on an exclusive contract:
- XR posts will only be published after moderation by the SPACE owner
- the terms of the exclusive contract fix the start and end date of the SPACE rental, on the basis of which the entire XR Post payment amount is retained and transferred to the SPACE owner in daily installments
- the creator of XR Post cannot unilaterally refuse to rent SPACE, and the owner of SPACE cannot change the publication price during the duration of the signed contract.
This type of contract is convenient for the parties, as it guarantees full fulfillment of the obligations of the parties. An exclusive XR Post means that no other XR Post can be stored in the rented SPACE area for the duration of the placement.
